there are more Tajik people in Tajikistan than in Afghanistan. there are more pashtun people in Pakistan than in Afghanistan. the only big group thats predominantly Afghan are the hazara but referring to them as specifically The Afghans feels somewhat evil considering their history with that state

For communities like the Hazara, who have already lived through so much suffering, every new war feels like another open wound. Another reminder that in this world, some lives are still seen as more valuable than others.
But it shouldn't be this way. We have to stop accepting this as normal.
