Forced resignations have been common in developing countries, but I never thought I would see such practices in the U.S. During my graduate studies, I studied U.S. public service to gather examples for developing countries. Unfortunately, inappropriate appointments have become a troubling trend now.

Taliban regime's shocking paradox: Their officials claim to stop early marriages, yet reports reveal they're forcing underaged girls to become their 2nd & 3rd wives. A high-ranking official even paid a family huge money to marry an underaged girl, Zarghoona.

A question for the Taliban:
“What happens when your own loved ones fall ill? Who will care for them?” They have no response!
We know the answer: they'll either be taken to Pakistan for treatment or forced to suffer in silence at home. This is the harsh reality we've seen time and time again.

2. It's not just an education restriction, but a threat to the lives of Afghans who desperately need healthcare. We must speak out against this injustice and demand the reversal of the ban on education and employment for women.

1. The Taliban's latest move to ban women from basic medical education is a devastating blow to their future and the entire country. After banning higher education, they've now closed health institutions, leaving women with no career pathways.

2. With this ban, the Taliban allows almost no literature and source except those that promote their Jihadi ideology. This poses a serious threat to Afghanistan's diversity and long-term development. #Afghanistan #Censorship

Six more countries join the fight for justice! Bringing the Taliban to ICC is a crucial step, but not long-term solution. Let's work together to build a legitimate, inclusive & democratic government that respects human rights, accepts diversity and is accountable. #JusticeForAfghanistan

The Taliban's restrictive interpretation of Islam is causing concern for religious minorities, including Sufis, Ahmadis, Ismailis, and Shia followers. Religious freedom is a fundamental human right. International HR organizations, including @SR_Afghanistan should protect them.

Pakistan's Strategic Depth policy in AFG has backfired. After nurturing terrorist groups like TTP & Afghan Taliban over years, Islamabad is now facing the consequences. Innocent Pakistani citizens are paying the price for ISI's misguided tactics. As the saying goes: "As you sow, so shall you reap".

2. The humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan deepens daily. After 3 years of Taliban rule, basic human rights have crumbled. Women can't work, girls can't learn, families struggle to survive. The international community's silence is deafening as 40 million Afghans face a dire future. #Afghanistan"

2. I would like to speak about Afghanistan: Following the 2020 US-Taliban agreement at Doha, the country has become a prison for women. Of Taliban’s 100s of edicts targeting women - banning education, employment, 70% of their regulations aim to erase women from public life. #AfghanWomen"
