High Court rules An Bord Pleanala must prioritise climate law in wind farm case likely to affect all public bodies The High Court has ruled that planners did not fulfil their duty to comply with climate law in a judgement expected to have far-reaching implications for all public bodies.

This is massive - The Climate Act and its legally binding climate targets 'must take precedence' over nimbyism and visual impact concerns.

We may no longer be in government, but this ruling is proof that the impact and legacy of Green policies will live on!

My view, worth every penny. Get it done please 🙏 If we treat vital infrastructure like this a necessity, as it rightfully is, the cost is overshadowed. Imagine, how many less cars on the road from Navan to Dublin.
