This has been an incredible spot on the @mrjamesob.bsky.social show this week with the excellent @henryriley1.bsky.social showing just a glimpse of what it would be like if the media gave Reform the same coverage (for negative stories, not just Farage puff pieces) as they did the left.

It doesn’t really matter *why* Trump’s desire to destabilise & divide Europe precisely mirrors Vladimir Putin’s - whether kompromat, self-interest, naked bigotry or something else l. What matters is that Europe treats both regimes like the enemies of progress & democracy they so clearly are.

We have 5 year terms in the UK for a reason. Any incoming administration needs that time to make the changes that are needed AND SEE THEM COME INTO EFFECT. Those who expect instant results are ridiculous mewling infants frankly. That has never been more true than it is now
