The census count was low in 2020 and ACS estimates are low as a result. I think we’re actually much closer to 50k.

And then the state never funded a state park so it’s a county park. But the state still owns the land. Lol.

A “parking funeral” is one of the most bizarre things I’ve heard in my life.

We were always incredibly messy. Had to go up to other teams at regattas and ask to borrow boats. Stayed in the basement of a guy in Topeka, Kansas. Regularly broke boats at practice. Didn’t really have an actual coach or advisor my last two years.

Most of the time he’s not building stuff himself/as his firm. He gets the permits done and then the property owner deals with the building themselves or the owner sell it to builders. He does what his clients want him to do.
