Oh my goddd one of my favorite Wonder Woman villains makes a shocking appearance in tomorrow's ABSOLUTE WONDER WOMAN #9 and I am so excited!

There's a narrative that Wonder Woman's villains "suck" and not using one of them here propels that narrative. The Sonic crossover seems to be very popular so it would have been a great opportunity to show Wonder Woman and her world are just as cool as the male heroes.

I've always kind of liked this version of Cheetah from Batman Unlimited: Animal Instincts (2015), even if she should have easily torn Nightwing apart.

It's also annoying that whenever she appears in a male-centric project, they suddenly act like she's a Catwoman-esque femme fatale.

For whatever reason, Mark Waid hates Wonder Woman and her mythos. Cheetah is treated like utter dogshit in this week's Batman/Superman: World's Finest Annual 2025.

It's so disheartening being a Wonder Woman fan sometimes. Oftentimes, actually.

Finally, some Cheetah in the "We Are Yesterday" story. Although I'm still not sure why Giganta isn't part of the Legion of Doom here.

Cheetah and Circe have been in the game since launch, but Medusa and Silver Swan were added recently.

The video game DC HEROES & VILLAINS currently has 4 Wonder Woman villains in its roster! Hope we get Giganta, Ares, Doctor Poison, and more in the future!

In just a single panel, I went from thinking Donna's just a decent WW character to being full DONNA TROY STAN. I LIVE.

I kind of like the direction they've gone with him, sort of like DC's Emma Frost. Originally a villain, but now a messy but sexy hero who actually wants to do good things.

But I'm also not a fan of having the same old gods be villains in media (Ares, Hades). Hercules and/or Zeus are better suited.

Ares might be, we don't know for sure. But Wonder Woman managed to kill Ares with an axe to the head whereas Circe's responsible for events like War of the Gods, Amazons Attack, and the Witching War.

She's grand scale, Ares isn't. (That's not an insult, BTW. I love Ares.)

Sure, but Circe is Wonder Woman's most powerful villain and the most grand scale of the bunch. Seeing her reduced to generic fodder villain doesn't bode well for future Wonder Woman-related DCU stuff.

Yeah, the game developers seem weirdly biased towards Green Lantern. Which is great, I love all the big heroes getting love. But not at the expense of Wonder Woman.

WTF was the point of Circe in Creature Commandos? They've taken one of the most interesting, powerful, and dangerous Wonder Woman villains and reduced her to a Gorilla Grodd/Clayface-level threat.

James Gunn struggling to write one of DC's most powerful female villains?

Circe and Giganta *at the very least* should have been included in the game to put her on Flash's level.

The lip service of Wonder Woman being part of the Trinity and being as important as Batman and Superman is exhausting when even Flash and GL get more love than her.

I'm still not over the lack of Wonder Woman villains in the upcoming DC SUPER HEROES UNITED board game by CMON. Batman has 19 villains, Superman has 10 villains, Green Lantern has 7 villains, and Flash has 4 villains.

WW has 2 villains. TWO. What were they thinking???
