Always looking for that 2nd diagnosis in kidney bx's. Biopsy with LN V+IV (C) with heavy proteinuria. Also some prominent nodular medial hyalinosis in arterioles + JGA hyperplasia raises the possibility of chronic voclosporin effect. But neither is a specific finding. #renalpath #pathsky #nephsky
