天水幼儿园集体铅中毒的真相、问题与问责 .方舟子. 关于天水培心幼儿园学生集体铅中毒事件，政府公布了一段监控视频，是幼儿园的厨师在制作涉案的三色红枣发糕的过程，这名厨师拿出一罐明亮的黄色粉末撒到了面粉里头。政府说他用的是彩绘颜料。明亮的黄色彩绘颜料一般用铬黄，铬黄的主要成分是铬酸铅。市场上的铬黄根据颜色的深浅有几种，包括深铬黄、中铬黄、浅铬黄，最浅的叫柠檬铬黄。根据视频上撒的那种粉末颜色可以判断厨师用的是柠檬铬黄。
