For a letter not used in English, I kinda like Thai ฌ, just because it's used in so few words (around 30), almost all of which are obscure loanwords from Sanskrit related to Buddhism, so there aren't really any everyday words that use that letter.

No love for ð? :) I'd probably go with ƿ. Dunno why it was replaced by w; two "v"s stuck together, but called double-u is kinda lame :)

I've never heard of a black and white cookie before... Wikipedia says they're found in the northeast and Florida; for some reason, I never thought of cookies as being regional.
