Late autism diagnosis/self-ID can bring up:

Got diagnosed with ADD and Autism this past month and it's been super hard on my brain to get to grips with it and process it and deal with the emotions.

I'll be back soon. I'm just.. Suffering with my own head.

There is a high level of co-occurrence with Autism and ADHD… some studies indicate around 50%.

This doesn’t mean they’re in any way the same, but it does show how common ND co-occurrence is (of all kinds), and means we can’t only see them in isolation.
