Iโ€™m not trying to set strict rules or deny myself pleasures. Iโ€™m just changing how I enjoy them. Iโ€™m prioritizing quality over quantity โ€” savoring the cookie I eat as much as possible, instead of needing 5 or 6 to satisfy my tastebuds.
