Think about the UK’s reputation abroad. Lack of safe routes for refugees, migrants unwelcome, calamity of Brexit, inaction in Palestine (bearing in mind Balfour Declaration) and pensioners being arrested. It’s so sad and the legacy of empire doesn’t help. (Criticism is highest form of patriotism)

I'm wondering if the police are deliberately targeting the obvious elderly, infirm and disabled, in order to promote public outrage at such a stupid fucking law which they now have to carry out? I would love to be a fly on the wall at their briefings.
