i don't think it is because nothing else on my pc is displaying oddly at all? ugh this is so frustrating though

i contacted CELSYS about this and hopefully they have some insight. if they tell me it's a gpu issue daddy's going to be sad. daddy doesn't have new gpu money.

i thought i was going crazy but i was right, it is also displaying a very faint, almost imperceptible grid all the time too

clip studio is on sale rn and i briefly considered upgrading my version but i'm on version 1 right now and i know the later versions lock you out of the program if you're offline for 15 days. which is unlikely to happen for me but i still think that sucks complete ass.

delighted to announce updating my graphics drivers reinstalling clip restoring clip's settings to default did not fix this
