This is an amazing HN discussion thread: "Reusing toilet paper rolls isn't sanitary." "If that's true, using your toothbrush is a bigger issue." "Usually you don't use your toothbrush while fondling your genitals." "You don't know what you are missing but to each their own i guess."

I gave that "/software_architect_agent" a try to implement a simple SQL frontend editor and results viewer. It worked for ~6 hours, and produced the most simple, bone stock SQL control with tens of thousands of lines of code. Gave the same prompt just directly to claude and it worked great.

Breaking down โ€˜EchoLeakโ€™, the First Zero-Click AI Vulnerability Enabling Data Exfiltration from Microsoft 365 Copilot Aim Labs reported CVE-2025-32711 against Microsoft 365 Copilot back in January, and the fix is now rolled out. This is an extended variant of the prompt injection exfiltration attacks we've โ€ฆ

Your weekly reminder not to build LLM systems that combine access to private data with exposure to untrusted tokens and exfiltration vectors (the "lethal trifecta"). This time it was Microsoft 365 Copilot (now patched, they closed the exfiltration holes) simonwillison.net/2025/Jun/11/...

My point in all this: This is exactly what I mean about "learning to code with AI". There is a meaning: "Learn how to cooperate with an AI to build things", which is an incredibly valuable skill, and very likely the target my son needs to be aiming for as the horizon for a 16 year old.

...The first result was pieces with triangle interlocking. I asked it to research algorithms and make it better, and it did, but then mating pieces both had the same shape (both innies or both outies). Then it fixed it on the left/right, but not top/bottom. Then this result.
