Funny thing I found out today is if you find yourself gposing an arm (especially a bare arm) that's bent at a 90 degree or smaller angle and you get that thing where the arm sort of deflates where it bends, just "inflate" the elbow bone by increasing the size/dimensions until it looks normal again
