17.12.2024 18:03 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Mutuals, what's the weirdest subgenre of music you like to listen to?
Here's some of mine: fairy doom, shoegaze, noise/drone, sludge, mathcore.
Might start doing book review again, I honestly really enjoy writing and talking about the books I've read, been meaning to write something for the Road, Blood Meridian, and I'm powering through On the Beach.

09.12.2024 19:40 β π 23 π 5 π¬ 3 π 0Does anyone know any good "anti western" books for a lack of a better term?
Books like Blood Meridian and Butchers Crossing?
Yeah! Its why I think Africa could make an amazing setting!
04.12.2024 20:00 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Why do zombie games almost always take place in either in the US, or UK? Like Harran in dying light is a genuinely unique setting and experience and lead to me researching more of the place it was based on, why can't we get more settings like that?

like filler. I wish there was more exploration of the underwater world, see never before seen before creatures, exploring shipwrecks more than just glancing at them I wished for more depth (no pun intended) in the discoveries they found.
24.10.2023 13:15 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0My major gripe, I feel like so much time is spent on the naturalist aspect. It felt kind of repetitious. I felt that pages filled with that, while exploring Atlantis was left in one small chapter. It felt like important events were over in a flash, while chapters felt

'20,000 Leagues Under the Sea' 8/10 I have very mixed feeling about this book. On the one hand it's monumental and revolutionary for it's time with it's sci-fi depiction of submarine travel with a seemingly grounded explanation of how it functions.

24.10.2023 00:45 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0It's genuinely heartbreaking watching the twitter account I had put so much effort into be killed so quickly for no reason.
