Tbh, the doctor herself spent very little time with me, and seemed to be rushing me out the door. I was not very happy with the lack of discussion about what might’ve actually been going on, rather than just telling me what it wasn’t.

I was holding back the tears when I called my sister telling her what was going on. And before I left my apartment to go to the ER, I kept kissing my dogs and telling them that I love them, because I wasn’t sure how long I would be gone or even if I was coming home.It was terrifying.

I’m OK now. I’m back home, and even as I’m sitting here my heart rate is 125 again, but at least it’s not 160. The pain is gone, so I’m going to try to take a nap.
