This project has been pretty much my entire life for almost a year and honestly still kinda reeling from the fact it's finished.

Obviously still printing/production to go through but the content of the book is done.

Ah yes of course! I'm afraid most of the accessories don't really scale to distribution, and we just don't have the volume of sales to justify a US fulfilment hub. Hopefully during the upcoming kickstarter we will be able to come up with something a little less painful on the wallet!

Depends a little on what you mean by deluxe! There is a hand-gilded version we sell at conventions (no Canada conventions planned yet I'm afraid) and the wrapped orchestra bundle, which while (very) pretty contains the standard retail books. That wrapping is something we do in our UK office by hand!
