would you believe me if i said i saw 98 trigun years ago and while i loved it and was even already a fujo, i didnt see the vashwood? i didnt even read the manga. but then in stampede when his irises shrink from being told hes kind, i was like Oh. Oh Boy™️

he wants to be an emotionless killer who doesnt care so bad it makes him look stupid 😄 despite what he wants to be, he still listens to vash, still wants to believe him, and still goes back to save meryl at the end.
im definitely hoping he will be a lil more open tho in stargaze 😄

i mean, 98 ww still shoots a child in the head yknow 😆 i get what you mean, and its definitely a very different flavor. also, he may at first wanted to blow the streamer up but then he burned his actual flesh turning that level (we can see the sizzling) to stop it, so. dont believe his lies

i dont feel like they didnt show us, but orange definitely operates with a lot more subtle cues. also, ww has a very skewed view of kindness still (killing rollo or livio to put them out of their misery). but thats why i love the sandstreamer eps where it really shows he cares A Lot. tsundere ass

i think he knew he was kind from the start because he is quite similar to brad (which brad even says so himself). he didnt need to believe (and i dont think he pities him either), he knew from experience that he's gotta be kind despite the act he puts on. but thats just how i saw it :)
