A lot of this is just blatantly fear mongering. Jaywalking is also sometimes illegal and carries a fine. People still do it. Something being illegal and it being something you're charged with are two different things.

This is a misconception. Excess testosterone doesn't get converted to estrogen. ALL testosterone gets partially converted to estrogen. It's linear, not exponential. And most people diying are taking normal doses that you don't really have to be concerned about.

Wpath 7 was also explicitly pro injections from the top of my head. None of the actual medical guidelines have really changed significantly from wpath 7 other than removing age requirements for surgery/hrt

Do you have a source for this or know what page number? The wpath 8 I'm looking at explicitly recommends injections as one of the estrogen options, both valerate and cypionate.

Also, I'd strongly recommend the exception process. It can be complicated sometimes but it's worth it.

What state are you in? In some states (mostly blue states) Medicaid will cover what's left over if you go to a surgeon who's willing to work with Medicaid. I personally had to surgery out of state with Medicaid and they covered food, travel, and lodging as well. But no lost wages

To prepare, get prescriptions for higher amounts. AND SWITCH TO INJECTIONS. You can get prescribed a 10ml vial every month of estrogen and only use part of it and then continue stockpiling. Much easier to do that than stockpile pills.
