I just received an email from a SNAP recipient I spoke to for my story who lives in a state where full benefits came through on Friday in a full panic about what USDA means when it tells states to "undo" work fulfilling full benefits. This is how broken this government is. I wish I had any answers.

Trump administration says states must "immediately undo any steps" to send full SNAP benefits The U.S. Department of Agriculture, in a late-night Saturday memo, also threatened to impose financial penalties on states that did not comply with the government's new orders.

The Trump regime is now telling states to unsend SNAP benefits.

They want to do everything they can to make life harder for people.
