literally had a doctor a week ago tell me i would be happier if i lost weight and gave back to society more. sir, i have major depressive disorder and it's the dead of winter. give me a break.

omg the way i've heard "well... i need to tell you, you're overweight" from doctors and i'm like. i actually knew that already! i do look in mirrors sometimes thank you. that isn't helping me with the acute problem i'm having right now though. like. 😭 or else it's my anxiety. it's exhausting.
