I also feel like it’s important to mention that while Ryna did spring this on Imrae, they’ve talked abt it before and Ryna was the one that felt like she wasn’t ready (even tho they both weren’t). Imrae said that nothing would make her happier than marrying Ryna so she already had that confirmation!

So they have a little ceremony and it’s messy and awkward but it’s cute and I’m so 🥺 I’ve been kicking my feet since Tuesday

Ofc they immediately started experiencing The Horrors again. But now they’re trying to stop another Spellplague WHILE MARRIED

So Ryna said fuck it we ball and asked Virris if she could marry Imrae that same night and promised him that she’s going to do everything she can to keep Imrae alive.

Plot stuff happens and they have to leave right away so Ryna just goes to Imrae “Hey do you want to get married? Like right now?”

Ryna and Imrae have been having a “we don’t have time to do everything perfectly” arc since Ryna died and two sessions ago they finally told her uncle that Imrae is slowly dying and he didn’t take it well (his nieces are his only surviving family and he only learned they existed semi-recently).

I didn’t mean for it to look like Ryna was playing grab-ass with her wife but 🤷🏼‍♀️ I was fist fighting my reference pic

I have been absolutely dying on and off since the year started but I will share how hot Ryna’s dad is.

We ended up finding out that Auril planted the spark on Ryna to keep it away from the other gods of fury (Malar, Talos, & Umberlee), because Auril knew that Ryna is too stubborn and hates the gods too much to ever give it up.

She was right of course lmao.

Until she found out that they were under the impression she had stolen from the gods of fury, to which she was like: “Okay I still don’t know where I got this power but you guys suck and you didn’t own it in the first place so I’m not giving it to you dickheads.”

There’s also an extra level of funsies because her mom Goldie was a thief and Ryna grew up very against stealing things, because Goldie had expressed to her and Tari how much she regret being a thief and hurting others.

So when people started calling her a thief she was SO offended.

I told my dm that I took a lot of inspo from Percy Jackson (the character) for Ryna so he unironcally has had villains call her “The Lightning Thief” before and it’s my Favorite Thing Ever.

It was my FAVORITE Barbie movie growing up my sister and I watched it so much.
