It was all a bit up in the air until a few years ago and post 2020 I had actual goals and stability both socially and financially. I've finally stopped moving every other year, I have a more consistent friend group that is more proactive in communication. I dropped some other dead weight friends.

At 22-23 I met my now fiancee @classiestcat.bsky.social and that was a big turn in my life to now. I made the hard left turn into leftist politics, I started to understand and embrace my blackness and how i can and do exist in spaces.

If you had told me 20-23 yo self that those guys I was living with would be AWOL as soon as college ended I never would have suspected it but oh well.

The transition from college to adulthood. My college friends were and probably are great but they exist in a long line of what I call friends by proximity. I harbor no I'll will towards them going a different path

I spend the last few hours of my 20s thinking about this decade of my life and where I am now. As it's the first decade of adulthood obviously there were some massive changes in my life socially where hormonally I was more stable compared to the decade before.

I've been watching all the mission impossible movies before final reckoning this Friday because I only seen 5 and 6. So worth it. Going back and seeing the through lines even though each one is also a bit standalone has been great. And 7 was on action April so expect a late review of that soon.
