Robin Williams was a celebrity death I actually felt like I mourned almost like a family member. He was like a fun uncle for so many of us growing up. The fact that he was a gamer and named his daughter Zelda just made him that much more relatable for me.

I think I'll always miss him too.

For years, I've spent my many walking journeys to and from work with head in my phone, looking at news and topics that interest me, knowing full well it was making me blind to the world around me.

So now I've switched to reading a book instead whilst still being blind to the world around me.

Tbh Zelensky didn't have much of a choice. Either sign the mining deal and get shafted by Trump and let Russia take what it wants any way, or not sign the deal and same consequences. I'd much rather have a Ukraine that has European backing than a US pretend backing with a muted EU in back.

Europe, including the UK, needs to make critical analysis part of the core curriculum. I know some already technically include it in subjects. But it should be a separate subject entirely, especially regarding sources of information.

Is there still a large wealth divide between East and West? That would mirror the same issues we have here where the hard right exploit and target those areas here specifically also.
