like, the feature is really convenient for working on a single monitor! i really like it. would be especially ideal for streaming sinc that's when my second monitor is usually filled with obs stuff, but sadly it just doesn't seem to work well with it... it is what it is i guess

making godot run in single window mode usually gets rid of most of the problems with using window capture for it. menus and floating windows display properly. but you have to turn that off to use the embed game. and it doesnt even capture the game within the same window.

i much prefer window capture for streaming because i want to minimize my chances of displaying sensitive data on stream, which screen capturing increases.
i was looking forward to embedding the game window into godot because that would make the stream setup much nicer but it just doesnt capture well

i mean i agree but this isn't so much about performance as it is about using window capture to avoid streaming unnecessary and possibly sensitive information. window capture usually helps with that as opossed to screen capture. but it doesn't play well with godot sadly

it's so disappointing that the new godot game embedding thingy doesnt work very well with OBS window capture.. I was really hoping it would orz

i should look into godot web exports.. Im thinking I could build the fishdex website much faster and it'd be easier to keep up to date if it's like, a partial export of the overlay, as opposed to a complete rewrite in a different stack Thinking Emoji

Twitch Redeems could be SO MUCH BETTER if they'd let you group them/categorize them better, and especially so if they'd give you JUST A BIT MORE than a simple text input for the redeems...

The stuff I could make if they'd give me like some checkbox options or a select dropdown..
