Charibert challenged Vaindraeu to a duel in the Vault and Charibert used such intense flames that it reduced him to ash. Thordan then told the public that Vaindraeu left ishgard to “retire” so no one ever got suspicious. I actually tried to look in the vault for hints

He is also the reason why Ser Vaindraeu is killed. Thordan personally asked Charibert (While Still an Inquisitor btw) to kill Vaindraeu because he was going to actually tell the Ishgardian public about what Thordan was doing and the truth behind everything

Btw regarding this, I have looked so deep into Charibert because I like that guy and also wanna throw bricks at him . Did you know he taught himself how to read and write using the Halonic scriptures

I see many people liked shy tyrant … don’t worry I’m also thinking of other ways to make that man flustered

Btw I manually went through EVERYONE in the Heavens’ Ward and compared their heights to see who was the shortest and who was the tallest and tbh it surprised me KGNFBGNFNDK

Haumeric, one of the mages, is the only one in the Ward to not have a canonical age and it’s SO funny like . I’m convinced they just fucking forgot or his name was similar to Aymeric and they were like “yeah he has an age we’re good” and they forgot my guy Haumeric

Btw my fiancé and I have done deep dive research on the Heavens’ Ward to where we found an old tumblr blog that translated old interviews regarding the heavens’ ward so now we have a giant doc that’s just stockpiled on info about that
