Started watching Pluribus on Apple TV. Marshall Adams’s familiar & striking cinematography immediately stood out to me. Guy deserves far more credit for his work across all of these Vince Gilligan shows!

I’ve enjoyed the anonymity of not being known as the Carlos from Twitter here, but yeah. No worries about the AI confusion, I myself told Tyler he made his letter too similar to mine when we sent them LOL. But he thought it was cuter that way, and it did lead to the past couple days of hilarity so.

Two years later, lots has changed but still trying to be nice. Disagree about my discernment and taste of course... Feel like we agree about politics and music to be fair.

I have a new favorite series! Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man is an adaptation of Spider-Man unlike any other, and it’s all the better for it. Congratulations to @mrjefftrammell.bsky.social and the whole team on an amazing first season.

Forever a pupil panel defender! Seeing Peter’s eyes through the lenses in this moment helps convey so much more emotion that would be lost otherwise. Dare I say, it’s an essential part of what makes the moment iconic. 💯

I love how Spider-Man/Doctor Octopus: Year One by Zeb Wells & Kaare Andrews later hones in on the “age of the atom” aspects of this story. ☢️
