Tuesday I moved forward in therapy. It wasn't pleasant, but I'm still here and I'll do it again at the next session tomorrow.

Got my Corona booster today. Took a little nap after, but I'm currently acquiring food and heading to my weekly Lorcana League.

Killing it

I've had a really stellar couple of days, personal improvement-wise.

Managed to do something big that would have drained me totally before. But I completed it in an afternoon, with help on Monday.

178 days from asking for help to being accepted by an organization. I cried so hard when the lady told me this was it.

Months of trial and error. Months of hanging on just for rejection after rejection. Months of being tossed from org to org via endless referrals.

I have been accepted as a patient 😭❤️

Newest ADHD medication update:

I sat and did Nothing for an hour earlier.

I wasn't fidgety or under-stimulated. I didn't feel anxious. I wasn't thinking about all the things I "should" have been doing, or working out my next plans.

Just sat quietly, at peace.

What is this sorcery?!

And because life must always be in balance, I also came down with a nasty flu bug 😷🤧

I can feel it working 🥹

I'm definitely going to need a higher dose, but this is the first time in over a year that I've felt my brain go a little quieter

The day I've been waiting months for is finally upon us - at long last, I have acquired a new ADHD prescription!!!

I know I still have a long road to recovery, and this might not be my silver bullet, but it's nice to have some hope from the team of doctors working on my care 🥹❤️

Trans people exist, and have every right to live free from fear and judgment, as do we all. People of underrepresented groups are often taken advantage of, and it requires those of us with privilege to stand and lend our voices to theirs to enable real change. Fascists deserve no quarter - their goal is obliteration of "the other", and I won't stand for it in this age of beautiful human diversity and recognition. Anyone of child bearing potential controls their bodily autonomy, without needing intervention from the state or church in order to make informed decisions about their health and wishes. Mental health is physical health - it's near impossible to have one without the other. **Bonus statement** Vaccines don't cause Autism - and Autism isn't a disease to be cured.

My favorite crossing in the city was this traditional Pride flag, until a resurfacing project a few weeks ago on all the streets. The new painting is updated to the Progressive Pride flag, and I'm so happy ❤️✨🌈
