Creating a cycling city starts with safe infrastructure, but in many countries access to good bicycles is not far behind.

This week, we got a tour of Fortaleza's new city-sponsored "bicycle rehabilitation center" to help fix donated bikes to be given back to the community. It's the first in Brazil!
