When using DoF, I like to give some distance between the character and the surrounding areas, so that the area of focus around my character is sharp while the areas in the foreground and background is blurry.

I got my diagnosis through my psychiatrist but I doctors are able to diagnosis it as well! But yeah same here. I have like every symptom it's misery. Trying not to ruin all my relationships every month is so fun haha. 😭 Likewise though, always here to talk about it if you need!

If you have most of the symptoms and it's causing issues with personal relationships it's likely. 🥲 Like... I know what I feel like when I'm normal and then when I'm Like This and it's like I'm legit two different people fjfhdhd. I hope your doc helps you figure it out! It sucks fr.
