Too much coffee on Saturday.

Laid awake til 6am.

Woke up 1pm Sunday.

Great weekend.

This starts to redefine value and productivity.

It encourages smart work and focus.

It forces us to cut the BS out of the typical day.

At the same time we see Amazon and JP Morgan (hardly slouches when it comes to embracing change) mandating a return to the office 5 days a week.

Thoughts?

In 2022 this was trialled by 60 firms.

The deal was simple:

100% pay, for 80% hours in exchange for a commitment to 100% productivity.

The results:
✔️ Productivity & revenue maintained
✔️ Staff retention improved
✔️ Sick days reduced 65%
✔️ 71% of staff reported improved well-being & reduced burnout

What camp are you in?
Option 🅰️ Return to 5 days in the office
Option 🅱️ Remote & 4 day week

200 firms in the UK have now commited to a 4 day work week.

With no reduction in pay.
