I have been watching Shrinking season 2 on Apple TV for the few days. For some reason the Apple TV app on the Apple TV has zero idea what I’ve been up to.

Don’t buy a flipped out. Save the money on a “dated” house and use the difference to flip it yourself using people you trust if you’re not comfortable doing the work yourself.
