I’ve always deeply admired her. I obsessively read all of her books when I was in high school, and I think my mom and I watched every tv special. I’ve still picked up some of her books from time to time. The last one I read by her was about hope, something we all need!

The attic where meetings happened complete with build in bookshelves and a desk. It’s all wood. I was moved imagining the meetings that happened there

I got to go on a tour of Susan B. Anthony’s house during a brief trip to Rochester for a conference. It was really moving to see where some of the meetings of the National American Woman Suffrage Association happened.

I also kind of hate the breathing exercises that are popular now for programs.
