There are many more! But those are probably my recent favorites. Support one of the hobby's best independent publishers!

ENDURANCE. I love this game for multiple reasons: its argument against the inevitability of history, its willingness to be strange, but most of all its dedication to fortitude. Everything about it is chilly. spacebiff.com/2023/03/23/e...

PERSUASION. I haven't played this version of Xoe Allred's relationship game, but I did play the original edition. And it's super cool! Complicated relationships, one-sided relationships, bitter marriages, happy marriages, joyous and miserable singles. spacebiff.com/2022/11/03/p...

Thanks, Andrew! It was great getting in a session with you. Even if that session was five minutes in the parking lot.

Playing a couple of rounds of Medusa's Garden in the parking lot was a very surprising highlight of SDHistCon for me. I'm not usually a social deduction fan, but that one was a delightful distillation of the genre. Great writing on it (and two more games) from Dan here.

The Two Towers: Trick-Taking Game follows up on last year's Fellowship trick-taker, and like that inaugural release it's an innovative and excellent adaptation of Tolkien's fantasy novel. My review: spacebiff.com/2025/11/20/t...

I try to be the pleasant surprise in somebody's life. When I receive a trade offers from someone who seems like they can't quite afford a "fair" trade, I'll often send them the game for free. I know not everybody can do that! But it bums me out when somebody approaches it like a profiteer.

I keep trying to get my grubby mitts on Eternal Decks, but to no avail. Reached out to someone on BGG who had it listed for trade, and they wanted like five games in exchange. Five full games! New games! Hotness games!

Anybody have a lead? I'm bad at this, haha.
