I just started learning Spanish and since in my country in later 90s every household watched telenovelas 🙃I picked up some words and phrases, and now I'm wondering is 10-15 minutes a day (duo lingo defaults) enough to have a conversation in i.e half year?

I mean, how much time do you spent every Monday and do you feel comfortable having conversation in French?
