They have sickly looking skin usually and lots of gadgetry and tubules coming in and out of them and sometimes like a full fake arm instead of an arm but instead it's like a big multipurpose tool with terrifying stuff attached used to turn other non Borgs into Borgs. Ok, so now that we know this, we're back to Harry. Picture one: looking earnest, Harry is speaking. Closed caption reads, "I guess the Borg meet a lot of people, don't they?"
