Inclusive Toilets: How to respond to the new UK sex-based rules. You can't tell someone's biology by looking. You can't know their chromosomes without testing. So don't try. Sex isn't always visible or binary. Most people don't know their own chromosomes. Interrogating bathroom users is invasive and illegal. Everyone deserves safe access to facilities. Inclusive organisations can uphold dignity and privacy by refusing to enforce impossible, discriminatory rules.

This seems wonderfully sensible, re the bizarre new loo and changing room 'policing' suggestions from various organisations and Politicians in the UK.
