The Bishop of Truro has commissioned 17 new people into ministry at the Cathedral this month.

The Diocesan Celebration of Lay Ministry welcomed three new Local Pastoral Ministers, 11 Local Worship Leaders, two Local Lay Leaders & a Local Pioneer Leaders.

🖌️ Local artist Gabby Schooling has brought St Ildierna’s, Lansallos parish, 15th century oak bench end carvings to life by reimagining them in acrylics.

🖌️ The art pieces are being sold to raise money for Lansallos - as well as pilgrim badges.

Pupils from church schools across the diocese have been celebrated in the first eco-schools service at Truro cathedral.

More than £1,000 was raised at a coffee morning in Truro for Christian Aid Week 2025.
