I remember doing a literature review 45yrs ago on medical "expert systems". Specifically, comparing different AI approaches that made diagnoses based on symptoms and signs. Bayesian vs. fuzzy logic models were state-of-the-art at the time. Just as today, the big issues were verifiability and trust.

A lot happening. My wife is recovering from 2 dental implants under anesthesia. I had to go to the emergency with a possible retinal detachment that turned out to be just a benign vitreous detachment, and we met some great guys that'll be demolishing our rotting cantilever balcony pictured here.💪
