I live AND worked for the City. He wasted millions and a pointless two-way conversion project downtown, instead of separating combined sewers that dump raw sewage into the river which EPA required.

Ask him about all the money he wasted as Mayor of South Bend, spending millions on switching sone streets from one-way to two-way!

I haven't seen it yet, but just based on the marketing of the TV trailers, and their self proclamations of it being the "best new horror villain in the last decade" or whatever, tells me the opposite.
