Almost all Bramley Apple trees (in the entire world mind) are clones descended from a single apple tree planted in Southwell, Nottinghamshire (England) in 1809.
I use Bramleys all the time for cooking which is why I find this interesting.

Does the beard ever freeze from the moisture from your breath? I remember it happening a couple of times in my 20's when the weather dipped below (a lame) -8°C. I don't think I've ever experienced -17°C.
