tesco has it's head office in hertfordshire. when they fill our their taxes, they don't specify which employees are welsh.

that doesn't mean every tesco employee living & working in wales is actually in england.

i'm not sure i'd say balance. there's less anti-plaid bias, but there's a distinct lack of press attention in general which really hurts.

ultimately, the mainstream press will always support the union, leaving a mountain to climb for both countries.
