Yeah, the human cast is some of the best the franchise has to offer.

And I also have to admit some of the VFX did look pretty good. Mainly the night-time scenes. Only the daytime, and CGI segments look pretty rushed. But it didn't take me out of the movie

This was absolutely peak. But admittedly, some of the VFX hasn't aged well at all.

Other than that, I'm happy to have finally seen this one. It was a fun watch.

I need a small distraction, so I'm about to watch this for the first time ever.

My love for the big G has since skyrocketed. I didn't expect to get so emotional over a giant lizard, but honestly? I don't care. Godzilla is a franchise worthy of respect. And I intend to put some respect on his name.

I didn't really appreciate Godzilla that much when I was younger. Obviously I loved the films, and the character, but only on a surface level. Now that I'm older, I've really gotten to appreciate all the hard work that went into making these films, and the people who made them.

I've been binging a lot of the Godzilla movies as of recent. And finishing off the heisei era has got me thinking about all the people who went as far as to risk their lives to make these films possible, and the fact they're no longer with us. It's gotten me pretty emotional.

All this dragon ball news makes me wish Toriyama was still around.

I also hope Masako Nozawa sticks around for a long time. I'll never be ready for a world without her in it.
