Note to self: if the iPad/iPhone flashes and dims during video playback, "Dim Flashing Lights" photo-sensitive accessibility feature on. To disable it:
- Head to Settings app
- Scroll down and tap on Accessibility
- Under Vision section, tap on Motion
- Toggle the Dim Flashing Lights to Off
