Last year I created a set of artwork for Flick: Art of Solitaire for it's Chinese new year addition. It draws from my memory and appreciation of the old & new tradition during the festival time. It feels wonderful to see it reflect on a game that fits in your pocket. โœจ๐ŸฅŸ๐Ÿงง๐Ÿงจ

I don't have a 100% solid prof but I have a 90% hunch due to many Ai-washed artwork's investigation. When human draw something, there's a logic, even it's a bad drawing, but using Ai tool simply messes up those logic. And I see many odd things in their painting, that's the trace.

If you loves someone's work, the best to do is show respect. Giving Credit is basic, communication is also key. I don't mind people use my work for non-commercial use as long as they inform me. But in this case they avoid all these basic and use it for profit, that's not okay.

I do have a legal adviser, for me as long as they take it off I won't pursue. Before AI I can actually show the original PSD to prove it was mine, but now ppl can Ai-wash all the details to make it a just bit different enough to call it their own. So it's very tricky.

The similarity is uncanny๐Ÿ˜ง!
Although some details have been changed, the substantial similarities in the core elements of the work constitute a derivative work based on my original creation. This raises significant concerns about intellectual property infringement.
It also feels AI laundering.

I took this snap shot in 2018, in the middle of my last game's 4 years development. It was too late to give up yet I can't see the finishing line. I was scared and anxious.

Now I'm at the same middle point of another game, I'm still scared, but this time I believe I can do it. Never give up.

Fun game: can you spot the difference between these 2 โ€œidenticalโ€ maps?

The events Led road sign maps buildings in different numbers than the map gave to attendees. Me and my friend walked round like crazy trying to meet up at building No.12 with no luck till we realised the map has errors. ๐Ÿ˜‚
