Here is my conclusion after sitting through Maxwell's deposition with her refusing to answer a single question about the men who raped underage girls, saying she would only do so for clemency.

She must immediately be sent back to the maximum security prison where she belongs.

Bakaj: Intelligence was gathered that captured activity being conducted by someone close to the president. Gabbard was given a heads-up.

She went to Susie Wiles and discussed it.

When she returned to the DNI’s office, she directed that the intelligence not be distributed any further…

Maxwell's lawyer publicly offering a quid pro quo: She'll clear Trump of wrongdoing related to Epstein if granted clemency by Trump.

This suggests that if Maxwell doesn't "clear" Trump, things will come out that will further implicate him. Otherwise, the offer makes no sense.

The Washington Post—for which I wrote editorials for nearly a decade—has closed its Kyiv bureau.

@lawfaremedia.org has not—and we will not.

We now employ more people in Kyiv than the Washington Post.

Let me tell you about what we have done in Ukraine over the past year and why we are not leaving

This guy was a patient at the Mayo Clinic, which is a great reminder that people travel from all over the world to visit that hospital because of its reputation.

I can’t imagine the federal occupation of Minnesota is giving Mayo a great international reputation right now.

Not that it would be okay to do this to an undocumented immigrant either but THIS GUY IS A LEGAL IMMIGRANT and also his lawyer hand delivered his medication and they REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO HIM.

Enraging! How do ANY of these people live with themselves?

Make Peter Thiel into the villain, Democrats.

It's all there.

He is the node that connects Trump, Vance, Palantir, Musk, Epstein, and so many other terrible players.

Just expose it and make him and Musk the face of these psychopathic billionaires ruining our lives.

One more comment on the Post debacle: this hurts journalism broadly. Good journalists will go do something else. The rest will be fighting for fewer jobs and everyone will earn less. Fewer people will take up the career. The damage done is to the ecosystem, as well as the paper.

This 2016 exchange between Jeffrey Epstein and Peter Thiel is so essential, really gets to the heart of Epstein's project.
Epstein: brexit, just the beginning.
Thiel: Of what?
Epstein: return to tribalism, counter to globalization. Amazing new alliances.

A UAE investor secretly gave Trump $187 million and his top Middle East envoy $31 million. And then Trump gave that investor access to sensitive defense technology that broke decades of national security precedent.

Brazen, open corruption. And we shouldn't pretend it's normal.

Meanwhile, as others have reported, the name Putin, not as a client, has been mentioned over 1000 times in the Epstein files. Highly suggestive of Epstein being a conduit for blackmailing targets…

If a university student group had celebrated Charlie Kirk being killed, complete with a graphic made from an actual picture of the killing, the whole lot of them would have been expelled before the ink on the digital story was dry.

In November of 2024, two weeks after voters returned President Donald Trump to office, Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. summoned employees of the U.S. Supreme Court for an unusual announcement. Facing them in a grand conference room beneath ornate chandeliers, he requested they each sign a nondisclosure agreement promising to keep the court’s inner workings secret.

I was a White House ethics lawyer.

I used to advise people not to even accept a free cup of coffee from someone who had interests before them. And staff followed those rules.

I can’t even find the words to describe the scale of Trump’s corruption here.

Epstein's sex empire was 'KGB honeytrap' The release of more than three million new documents relating to the late sex offender gives credence to claims made by senior security officials: that Epstein was working on behalf of Moscow.

If true, this could explain a lot: Epstein’s mysterious money; the wire transactions to former Soviet states; Trump’s submissiveness around Putin.
