Call me naive, but these experiences do make me feel like there are conduits to peace that are within our reach.

Yesterday my husband and I took a dip in the ocean. I can now be classified as an annoying cold plunger - but they were right! It’s incredible! I don’t even really know what it’s doing for my body, but my ego is at 💯 #coldplunge #washingtonstate

4 months ago I left Meta platforms and I have no regrets. I have however noticed a decline in my creative expression and output.
