The judge's entire reasoning in both TROs was based on the fact that there was NO VIOLENCE IN OREGON.

If that changes, her position might change, and even if it doesn't change her mind, it might convince the 9th Circuit to remand.

Because they need riots. They need someone punching an ICE officer.

•T "seems to be" displaying signs of cognitive decline
•balance/gait "seems" off
•"ppl are wondering" if he's being manipulated bc of his frailty

(1/2) It's quite a phenomenon that a 79-year-old man struggling with speech and gait, can tell an audience that prices are down when they're up, that tariffs make other countries pay which they don't, that he has solved wars he hasn't, over and over again, and it gets reported as sane utterances.

This was a ruling on a *motion* to have a hearing, not a ruling on the claim itself.

When I read this, I legit thought,

"Oh hahaha there's an NPR Pitchbot account, too?"

But no.

There is a gulf in America. I submit it is the gulf between good and evil, or at least not-evil and evil.

The gulf is not just between people who oppose this and people who are indifferent to it or reluctantly accept it in support of immigration policy or see it as collateral damage.
