I've been gaming on Xbox since the OG and even I've been thinking why would I get the next Xbox?

Finally got round to finishing stranger things. Great ending.

They just have cuisines a steady ship and strategy. (Apart from the gaas experiments).

I agree, but at the same time, it's no different to what Apple and Google do.
Windows needs to make money some how. They already have an open platform allowing other stores, which Google and Apple don't.

Epic fail by XB. The only ones not playing and losing.

XBox has no idea what consumers want.
XB has destroyed its powerful brand image and has no competitive edge left.
For the first time im thinking of leaving XB & GP to move to PS.
The question still stands. Why should anyone buy an Xbox or buy into the XB eco system

I think they just want to concentrate on being a publisher.
They don't want to kill the hardware, but they don't want to pay for it to survive or be more either. So its end will be a slow bleed out until it's not financially viable.
Look at the influencers. They are already moving to PC.

I love Nintendo. But i hate them for this.
No patents on game mechanics should exist. Only on characters and ip etc.

IMO, I think the day they pretty much disappeared off social media was the day the decision was made to let XB sink.
They don't want to explain it as they would have to lie or everyone would jump ship straight away. So the only option is to hide like chicken.

I have my switch 2 on pre-order. I'm still undecided if I switch to ps next gen. I am waiting to see if Sarah can get off her arse and give me a reason to buy a new Xbox between now and then. I don't hold much hope!

17 years on XB, and it sucks that you are killing XBox hardpeopleware like this. Give a reason to own an XBox again apart from being the aldi of gaming.

Even though the games this year have been great, I can't see a long term future for XBox. Only this shell of what it once was, the publisher Microsoft gaming. Console sales are terrible and for me that is the heart and soul of Xbox... so what did you do? Put the prices up?😮‍💨🤦‍♂️
